Costs were incurred (as well as considerable inconvenience) as a result of having to correct the order. SMS messages were ignored. No renumeration was offered. Data Protection was breached over the telephone. Limited apology was made. Customer Representative on the telephone was abrupt, patronising, condescending, rude and dismissive. Will certainly shop elsewhere in the future.
